CINÉMA SOUS LES ÉTOILES

NINO

Drama – Pauline Loques – 2025

Barely thirty, Nino learns he has throat cancer. Lost in Paris after misplacing his keys, he drifts through the city with fragile calm. Pauline Loquès’s debut feature treats illness without melodrama, turning it into a quiet reflection on existence. Free of backstory, the viewer meets Nino as he is, over four suspended days. Théodore Pellerin’s performance, celebrated at Cannes’ Critics’ Week, makes this luminous film a meditation on acceptance and hope.
